Cancellation policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for YOU. 

A late arrival, Cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists' day that could have been filled by another paying Client

Cancelling or amending  should be done at least 24 hours before the appointment.

Clients who miss or cancel without notice will be asked to pre pay next time may not be offered any future appointment.

Please note that last minute cancellations incur a £30 cancellation fee to cover the therapists losses.
a last minute cancellation is one made within 2 hours of the appointment time. 

A payment link will be sent to your email address. 

Failure to make payment may result in no future appointments being offered.
