60 mins Deep Tissue & Trigger Point Therapy

Deep tissue massage targets chronic tension in muscles that lie far below the body's surface. Deep muscle techniques involve slow strokes, direct pressure or friction movements that go across the muscle grain, accompanied with Trigger point release to alleviate pain.

Indian Head Massage

40 minutes. This treatment focuses on the shoulders, neck, head, scalp and face to help relieve headaches , neck pain and tension .

Foot Reflexology Massage

Manual Lymphatic Drainage - 30 mins

This extremely specialised treatment is a very gentle, flowing rhythmic form of massage and has powerful cleansing, relaxing, pain relieving and immunological benefits. MLD can also be an invaluable tool in pre-op preparation and post-op recovery, and is used widely before and following surgeries including planned cosmetic surgery.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage - 60 mins

This tailored 60min session allows the client time to focus on areas of specific concern. This can be a shortened version of the full body session or one that focuses on the lower body which is prone to fluid retention and oedema issues.

This extremely specialised treatment is a very gentle, flowing rhythmic form of massage and has powerful cleansing, relaxing, pain relieving and immunological benefits.

Full body session will involve the client on their back first with treatment to neck face and scalp, chest arms abdomen and then legs. The client is then turned face down and treatment is completed to neck, back and legs.

About your appointment

At Studio: I will greet you at the door and take you to the therapy room. The Studio will have been cleaned and sanitized prior to your arrival. Hand sanitizer is available for your use. Let me know if you want me to wear a mask throughout your treatment. We will complete your consultation and I will then ask you to get ready for your Massage or Treatment .

Some people may find the thought of undressing daunting, but your modesty is kept at all times. I will only ask you to undress to your underwear, if the treatment calls for it and will leave the room whilst you do so. I will only uncover the parts that I am massaging, the rest of your body will be covered by a towel throughout. Hand sanitizer is available for use. Please arrive on time, clean and fresh for your appointment.

About your appointment

Your appointment is booked as a set slot of time which includes welcome, consultation, questions and aftercare advice. Please be on time so i can see my next client on time. Extra time can be arranged. when available, as an add on to your booking, chargeable at the appropriate rate.

Cancellation Policy: Please give at least 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel or move your appointment . We reserve the right to request payment prior to treatments or to charge the Full treatment price for missed appointments and for treatments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, as there may be someone else who needs your appointment .

There is no charge to Reschedule an appointment but please give as much notice as possible.
